This year Tatie’s school made it mandatory for all 4th and 5th graders to complete a science project.  This was on the heels of all of Sydney’s madness so Tatie was all geared up to explode her own Coke and Mentos.  We devised a new experiment for her:

How many Mentos does it take to reach maximum explosion?

16 bottles of Diet Coke later we had our answer.  5 Mentos.

We spent an evening putting the finishing touches on her project board and ta-da!  Wonderful Science project complete.  Though she didn’t win, we had a whole lot of fun in the process.  It was a whole lot more fun then growing grass.

In other Tatie News.

She sang with her school chorus recently.  She was one cute girl!  I nabbed a video on my phone (thus the graininess, sorry).  Check her out!

And here she is roller skating on her own at a birthday party.  This is the first time she has really caught on to skating, no wall holding or anything!  She had a blast and even asked for her own pair of roller skates.  We shall see if that want holds till Santa comes.
