Do you remember those commercials in the 80’s for Country Time lemonade? The that said there was only 90 days of summer and then it showed a sepia film of kids riding their bikes off down a country road. I have always loved that commercial, because it reminds me of how fleeting and special summer is. Today marked the end of Summer vacation as we drove the kids to school for their first day. (And yes I cried on the way home, as always!) They had a great start to their day, all looking beautiful in their new clothes and shoes. None of them even looked back as they were each enveloped by friends at the door talking quickly about what adventures each of them had on their Country Time holidays. I will tell you all about how their first day back went when they get home today.

Laughter is important to you. You want a guy who’s never boring, who can always put a smile on your face, and who can pull the best of pranks and never get caught. Or possibly two such guys. Because let’s face it, they’re pretty much a two-fer. You get one, you get both. Even if one of them’s only a friend, he’ll still be around so much you’ll feel like you’re married to him, too. Sure, they may not seem like the most mature guys in the world, in a traditional sense, but just ask them about their business plan. When they drive you nuts by relentlessly testing their latest inventions on you, you can console youself with that huge stack of cash and dragon-leather jacket. Besides, you know you’re powerless against those stereo smiles.

It is always sad and exciting and the beginning of school and the end of summer. I do love new clothes, shoes, and school supplies though! Hope it is a great school year!

I took the invitation to take the test and I’m a twin too…must be that ironic sense of humor thing and self confidence that our husbands have. Then again maybe its just that Gemini thing and the next time I take it it’ll be Dumbledore! Love
