Kinsey has come down with Strep Throat.  What a year this has been for her.  I was really hoping against hope that she would escape the rest of the year illness free.  It seems that fate has other plans.  We will keep our fingers crossed that it doesn’t spread through the family.  Though, have you ever noticed that when someone in the house has strep, your throat suddenly starts to feel scratchy!  I think they call those sympathy pains (at least we hope that’s what they are). 

In other news, Sydney received 3 A’s and one B on her report card!  One of the A’s was a 100% in English, EXCELLENT!

I had to break it to Tatie last night that Aqua Dots were taken off the market and had to now be taken off her wish list.  She was sad.  She said to me, “But Mom!  I won’t eat them!”  I smiled at her and said, “I know honey, but they aren’t allowed to sell them any more because they could be dangerous.” To which she replied innocently, “Can’t you just run to the store real quick and get them before they take them away?”  You have to absolutely adore childhood dreams, they are unshaken even with the threat of poisoning.  I think we will be sticking with the old stand by – playdough- this year!
