I wanted to take a moment and wish everyone a happy Mother’s Day. I was greeted this morning to breakfast in bed courtesy of master chef Todd Bright and his Sui chef’s Kinsey, Sydney, and Tatie. And was given an extra surprise of a bluetooth head set (stylin’ in pink of course)!
To commemorate Mother’s Day in our ward, the primary compiles a booklet of questions and answers given by the primary children when asked about their mothers. Todd and I thought it would be a wonderful tribute to answer the same questions our children did…for our mothers! So without further dieu…

Todd – Sugar Free?

Todd – A hot one.

Todd – She can still drive.

Todd – Free babysitting.

Todd – Listen to her give me a guilt trip.

Todd – She keeps Dad away.

Todd – Drinks…Mylanta.

Nicole – Salt

Nicole –She only cooks now when I complain about cold cuts on holidays. Then she maks my favorites (dip, pumpkin cake roll, deviled eggs). And I always liked her stew.

Nicole – Her Talents.

Nicole – Somewhere allergen free.
Why do you love your Mom?
Nicole – She raised me with music.

Todd, Yes, I knew you were a lot like your cousins. Got to be funny!!! But, people who read your blog, he really, really loves his Mom and Dad too for that matter. Because of his Mom and Dad he was raised in the church and because of them he got a great education. Imagine where you would be if I raised you!!! Now, stop, don’t say that, You know deep down you are a little bit country!!!! That ‘s not all bad!!! Look what a man your Pappaw was. And then there’s me, now come on Todd admit it I am your favorite aunt, I’m not perfect, but I am close!!!! By the way Todd, I love you and I am very proud of you, Congratulations on your most recent accomplisment, You aced it with flying colors I’m sure!!!! And never lose that humor of yours. Take a day and relax and laugh a lot, You deserve it after all your hard work!!
