Sydney is a senior! And true to form, Sydney is following her own road.
This year Sydney will finish up her remaining credits at the university of Louisville. She attends classes (which includes a Ballroom Dance Class) just 3 times a week. It’s quite a change for her. She feels a bit betwixed and between. Not really a high schooler any more, but not quite a college freshman yet either.
It’s all still new. She will find her footing. In the mean time she is enjoying Tuesday Thursday after seminary naps, a hippie English teacher who lets the students make up their own assignments, and having new adventures (like rush hour traffic and gown men hitting on her).
In total she will finish her senior year with 13 credits hours. Not bad. Not bad at all.
She and Tatie are even planning on spending Tuesday afternoons volunteering at a local nursing home. It has been a while since Sydney has been able to do any volunteering, it is where she is happiest.
So to our Senior/Freshie we say, have the best year imaginable! Knock ’em dead girl!

Our Sydney has already accomplished more at 17 than most people do in a lifetime!
She is unique and wonderful!
